For longer stays we offer a fully furnished and appointed rental apartment in our Victorian Townhouse located at 2222 Esplanade Ave., adjacent to our Esplanade Villa. Located on the first floor, at the front of the building, the suite consists of spacious living room and bedroom, a tiled bath and efficiency kitchen. Private entrances, both front and rear, are provided, along with secure, off-street parking and a landscaped patio for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The apartment may comfortably sleep up to three adults. Two beds are provided: a Queen, in the bedroom; and a twin, which doubles as a seating area, in the living room.
The suite is available for a minimum stay of thirty (30) days and rents for $950/month, June - September and $1,250/month, October - May, including all utilities. Special rates are offered for longer stays.

The apartment features thirteen foot ceilings, heart of pine floors and generous windows. The kitchen is long and narrow, but fully equipped with coffee maker, stove, fridge, microwave, and all plates, pots, pans and gadgets necessary for meal preparation and dining.
The Esplanade Villa Bed & Breakfast adjoins the Townhouse, and Villa guests share its patio. Off-street parking is located to the rear of the patio. During your stay, your overnight guests would be welcome to stay at the Villa.
The Townhouse is 10 blocks from the French Quarter, 18 blocks from Jackson Square, 6 blocks from the Fair Grounds Race Course and 10 blocks from City Park. Also nearby are restaurants, coffee shops and food stores. The new Carrollton-Canal streetcar line begins at the entrance to City Park. The Esplanade bus line serves the Townhouse with stops immediately in front, and reaches the Quarter within 10 minutes of boarding.Reservations and Information:
